Our open, airy studio allows plenty of room to spread out. Turn yourself on “Do Not Disturb” and check your worries at the door while you enjoy some much deserved “me time.”

At Balance we believe in a holistic approach to fitness - strengthening the body, and the mind. Our class schedule is designed to keep your muscles changing, preventing plateau - and boredom. No two classes are ever exactly alike so we encourage you to give all formats a try and see which is your favorite!

Please take note of our class cancellation policy: because space + equipment is limited, we require students to sign up in advance and reserve their spot in MINDBODY. If you sign up for a class and something comes up leaving you unable to attend (we get it - life happens!), it is the student’s responsibility to cancel themselves from the roster at least 2-hours prior to the start of class so we may open the spot to another student.

If you fail to cancel yourself from a class and “no show,” the class will not be returned to your account (students on class packs) or a $10 fee will be charged to your account (BBF members // students on the new student special.) Thank you for your support in running classes as efficiently as possible!

barre45/barre50/barre60

Our signature barre class is a mix of Pilates, yoga, functional training and traditional barre work that will strengthen and lengthen your body from head to toe. Each muscle group will be worked to the point of fatigue (i.e. the barre “shakes”) before immediately stretching to create a longer, leaner, toned physique. This challenging yet low impact, mindful workout is made accessible for all fitness levels, with modifications and amplifications offered so each student can tailor class to their individual needs.

Classes listed as barre60 last for one hour, whereas barre45 and barre50 are our “express” version for those looking to squeeze in a workout during their busy day!

Equipment: barre, light hand weights, Pilates ball, resistance bands.

endurance barre

Where barre meets bootcamp! Traditional barre elements are intermixed with cardio “bursts” intended to elevate your heart rate and flush out the “barre burn.”

This athletic approach to barre moves at a quicker pace, however low-impact modifications are always provided. Expect to sweat!

Equipment: barre, light/heavy hand weights, Pilates ball, resistance bands, sliders.

mat sculpt - NEW

this class incorporates slow, deliberate toning exercises that target the entire body with a heavy emphasis on strengthening and reconnecting to your core.

held entirely on the mat, this is phenomenal low-impact option for anyone looking to build strength and challenge themselves in a new, mindful way.

yoga-barre fusion

The mindfulness of yoga meets the burn of barre in this fun, vinyasa based class done entirely on the mat! Optional hand weights, dynamic movement and cardio bursts are layered into the flow to sculpt and strengthen your muscles and improve heart health. No prior yoga experience is required, however taking 1-2 power or slow flow classes first can be beneficial in understanding the postures.

Equipment: Yoga mat and optional light hand held weights.

flow yoga

At Balance we believe strengthening the mind is just as important as strengthening the body, and our power flow + slow flow Vinyasa yoga classes are the PERFECT compliment to barre. Each yoga class is thoughtfully crafted to focus on key elements that will help students build a safe practice grounded in proper alignment, body awareness, breathing techniques and muscular engagement. All classes are led to music and taught using both verbal and demonstrational cues.

Brand new to yoga? We recommend starting with community slow flow (offered sunday at 5pm for just $5) to acclimate yourself with the postures and breath at a slower pace.

Equipment: Yoga mat, block, bolster, strap.

buti mvmnt
